Hi, I'm Bethany
About Bethany Paige, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
MH24414
My therapeutic framework is centered around psychodynamic and experiential modalities, and I favor a holistic approach to achieve healing and wellness. My Christian faith is integral to every part of my life and I enjoy incorporating faith-based counseling into our sessions if that is what you're seeking.

I am a NH native but moved to the Sunshine State in 2020 with my family, and we've really enjoyed our time here. I opened Compass Christian Counseling in March 2021 to offer quality faith-based therapy and counseling services at an affordable rate. I truly enjoy helping people navigate healing and improve their relationships.

I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of New Hampshire: English and Spanish. I worked as a high school teacher for several years before changing gears and pursuing a new career in counseling.

I earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling summa cum laude from Concordia University-Irvine, with a focus on counseling psychology within a Christian framework. I've had the privilege of facilitating groups, creating curriculum, teaching classes, and working in both a community health agency and in private practice.
Getting Started
What to Expect: Setting Up a Consultation Call
Taking the first step can be scary, but it shouldn't be! When you contact me via email, phone or text, or fill out one of the Contact Forms on this site, you can expect a response from me within two business days.
I am here to answer any questions you may have and to help you feel comfortable. If you decide that we are a good fit, then we can schedule an appointment for either in-person in my office downtown or virtually.

What to Expect: The First Appointment

At our first meeting, we will go over some basic practice policies, procedures, and talk about what has prompted you to seek counseling. I make every effort to give you a safe and supportive space to talk freely and openly, and I can assure you that you will be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.
"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing."
